There are approximately 100,000 Palestinian Israeli citizens living in 'unrecognized villages'. Their existence is denied by the State and as such they have no rights. It is illegal for utility companies to provide services to these villages so residents have to live without any basic infrastructure. There are no roads, no proper electricity or water supply, no health care or schools.
